Grievance and Appeals Policy and Procedures

MISSION: Muzique wants to provide fun, interactive, unique and modern Continuing Music Therapy Education courses that will encourage them to not only seek one-time CMTE’s, but further their education on a daily basis.

GRIEVANCES: Participant’s have the right to file grievance in each course may file any complaints or concerns within one week of completion of the course by emailing karly.muzalier@muzique.org, and a response will be given within 24 hours of receiving your email. Grievances may be filed for technical issues within the course, lack of communication throughout the course, or false/misrepresented information given during the course. Muzique will assess the complaint or concern and follow through with communication and the action they see fit. Muzique reserves all rights to deny refunds or certifications at their discretion.

APPEALS: Participant’s have the right to file appeals to grievances. They may file any complaints or concerns within one week of grievance response by emailing karly.muzalier@muzique.org, and a response will be given within 24 hours of receiving your email. Muzique will assess the appeal and follow through with communication and the action they see fit. Muzique reserves all rights to deny refunds or certifications at their discretion. Participants have the right to have an unresolved grievance addressed by CBMT’s Continuing Education Committee (NOTE: This should occur only after the Provider’s Grievance Procedure has been exhausted.).
